Q: How does an online consultation
work?
A: Online consultations are a new concept in health care that
utilize the Internet to improve patient access to reasonably
priced medications. The patient does not receive a traditional
physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online
medical questionnaire. Although online consultations will
never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide
a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number
of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require
a physical exam.

health care services, we are committed to meeting and exceeding
current regulations. All generic medications are obtained
from legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers or the manufacturer,
so you can be sure you are receiving the generic version of
the same quality medication you would receive at your neighborhood
drug store.
Q: What Happens Once I Submit My
Order?
A: When approved, your order will be processed and shipped
to you, generally with 24 hours (weekends may delay processing
by 48 hours). Your order will include identifying information
and information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary
information for your medication. This information may be also
found on our website and you can also contact us in case you
have any further questions after you receive your order.
Q: What Are Your Privacy & Security
Policies?
A: We are dedicated to patient privacy and security. All information
furnished is legally protected under doctor-patient like privilege
laws. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure
Encryption Technology. All personal information is submitted
with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system
also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card
fraud by using a third party billing processor - we have no
access to your billing info.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard & Diners worldwide. We also
accept Electronic Check Payments (ACH) from the following
countries: United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium,
Austria, Italy and the Netherlands. Please be aware that shipping
can be delayed for up to 10 days when paying by ACH.
Q: What are your shipping rates and
policies?
A: Once your order is approved, it will be processed and shipped.
Shipping time is between 7-18 business days, depending on
your location. The price of shipping is INCLUDED in the price
you pay.
You will receive shipping information by auto mail as well
as it appearing in your order information on the website.
You will be required to sign for delivery.
We do not offer overnight shipping at this stage.

A: We deliver orders worldwide. Due to ever changing policies
in different States and countries, please contact us directly
if you feel that there may be a problem.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel your order before it is processed by emailing

If, at our discretion, your order is refunded
after it has been shipped, you will receive a refund minus
